I tried to buy a $50 gift card but the web site kept tacking on a "freebie" bag of taffy due to a "special" on $50+ orders, which meant a physical address was required. The checkout page thus added a $30 shipping charge. I backed out of that and ordered a $25 gift card, which was then delivered to MY email address with no opportunity to send it directly to the gift recipient. I'm disappointed because I thought it would be emailed directly to the recipient with an opportunity to add a message. Nope. I will have to forward the email to the recipient and hope they won't have access to any of my purchase information. Gosh. Fortunately, I trust the recipient, but . . . wow. Not good; not good at all. I do not recommend buying a gift card.

The gift card I purchased as a gift with a taffy order did not go to my daughter. I received it through email. That was a let down because it was a gift.
